"We currently ship to South Korea twice a week via air freight. Packages arrive in Korea every Thursday and Saturday. After clearing customs, they are delivered by Korea Post, which typically takes about 2 business days from the arrival date."
"Delivery within New Zealand usually takes 2–5 business days."
"Due to a recent change in customs regulations, the recipient's name, Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC), contact number, and zip code must all match perfectly for customs clearance.
As a result, we are currently unable to ship orders directly to a third-party address from here. The ordering customer must receive the package first and then re-ship it to the final recipient using a domestic courier service within South Korea."

Our express courier is ACI Express. You can track your shipment in real-time on their website using the link below. Additionally, once the package arrives in South Korea, tracking will also be available through Korea Post.
